I’ve always loved moving and have been practicing yoga for more than half my life, which led me to earning my certification to teach in 2002. I continued my deep dive into the science and art of yoga in 2013 in a month-long, 500-hour course in India. I am ever the student and appreciate opportunities to learn and grow in my personal and professional practice.

Sharing the gifts of these ancient practices and incorporating them into daily life is as important to me as breathing. Discovering new experiences, both on and off the mat, is my passion and the body and breath provide plenty of opportunities for exploring new territory. Each time we pay attention to our breath and body, we get to unearth some new wonder.

When I’m away from the mat, I enjoy travel, hiking in the woods, reading and connecting with friends and family.
