Robin Johnston is a certified AFAA (Aerobics Fitness Association of America) primary group fitness Instructor. She also holds certifications with Mad Dogg Spinning, Punk-Rope, and has current CPR/AED/First-aid. She has been teaching a variety of multi-level classes for over 11 years. The classes she currently teaches are Aerobic Cardio Interval, Muscle Sculpting, Cardio/Core, Spinning and some boot-camp style classes.

Robin is a mother of two teenagers and believes in a healthy lifestyle. She has participated in fundraiser5K Ro ad Races and also completed her first sprint Triathlon in 2012 with some of her clients. Robin attends yearly training workshops to keep classes up to date with new exercise, to help members reach their health and fitness goals while having fun and feeling good doing it.
